Haverfordwest Leisure Centre needed a reliable heat source which was environmentally friendly and cost effective. The centre comprises of 3 large swimming pools, a fitness suite with sauna, a café, climbing wall, tennis courts, and multiple rooms for fitness classes and other activities.
Pembrokeshire County Council thought the best option was for PBESCO Ltd to install and retain ownership of the boilers. This meant that PBESCO Ltd received the RHI payments, but that Pembrokeshire County Council receive peace of mind knowing we maintain and service the boilers. The council pay the fuel costs, which is supplied by PBE Ltd
