Our Reviews

Sam Harris
Great service from PBE

"Great service from PBE, both product and sales and accounts side. Very adaptable and approachable. Our 'go to' for pellets. Thanks PBE."
Jeremy Brookes
Reliable provider of Biomass Pellets

"Really reliable, solid, family run business. Great people to deal with - and they always try to compete on price. Now dealing with EU and UK and Welsh sourced pellets."
Terry Watts-Jones
Great company to deal with

"Always try to deliver at convenient times. They will deliver smaller amounts which suits people who do not have massive stores. They try to remain competitive with pricing and are very helpful and approachable. They can provide engineers for any boiler issues if required."
Lyn Solomon
"I had a biomass boiler installed by PBEsco 6 years ago. They took care of everything, from planning to installation and RHI application after. The few problems I have had with the boiler they have been quick to send Rob their engineer out to me. I also get my fuel from PBE fuels, another branch of PBE. No issues and would recommend."
Andy M
Quality service & products

"PBE were our sole supplier of biomass pellets for 10 years and delivered what they promised, on time, every single time. Couldn't fault their service."
